The Prince Khaled Al-Faisal Institute for Moderation has realized another pioneering leadership milestone by launching the first Executive Master’s program in Moderation and Intellectual Security, Which serves in providing and supporting scientific research and holding scientific seminars and meetings with the aim of creating professional specializations in the field of moderation and intellectual security in accordance with modern global trends and practices in combating extremism and terrorism intellectually, socially, and
technologically
The Institute also continued to develop its research programs within the framework of an intellectually and scientifically moderate approach. This is in accordance with its mission of establishing a moderation approach in society through educational, research and awareness programs and effective partnerships based on the values of excellence, integration and diversity; to spread the culture of moderation in Saudi society and produce knowledge through educational programs and research studies.
The Institute expanded its partnerships to provide a system of training programs and cultural activities, where it recently signed a memorandum of joint cooperation with Distance Learning Training Company (DLT) in the presence of the Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Amin Youssef Noman, the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Zubaidi, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Distance Learning Training company (DLT), Engineer Zuhair bin Ali Azhar. The memorandum focused on the areas of developing and presenting media programs and various awareness and educational campaigns. This will be achieved through various cultural, sporting and awareness programs and activities, and activating direct awareness campaigns in local, regional and international organizations.
The memorandum of cooperation works to push and encourage the dissemination of the culture of moderation and moderation and the fight against terrorism and extremism in society according through many realms, including: developing and providing specialized/qualifying training programmes, in addition to cooperation in conducting scientific research and joint applied and field studies in the field of consolidating the approach of moderation and combating terrorism, intellectual extremism and Islamophobia and radicalism in all its forms.
